Shipping and Payment
Extended return period for risk-free gifting: All orders placed in December can be registered for return until the end of calendar week 1 (CW 1) of the following year.
All prices include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
Shipping costs for delivery within Germany:
Order value up to €29 = DHL shipping – €4.95
Order value from €29 = free DHL shipping
Returns within Germany are free of charge. You will receive the return label via our customer service at info@schurwollprodukte.de. Please find detailed instructions for returns or complaints here.

Returns from abroad must be carried out independently and at your own expense. In the case of a justified complaint, the return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please find detailed instructions for returns or complaints from abroad here.

Taxes and customs duties will be charged separately by the shipping service provider and must be paid either online or directly to the delivery driver.
Delivery time
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 2 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Pay conveniently and securely by invoice via our partner "RatePay" (no PayPal account required). The invoice will be sent to you directly by our partner RatePay via email. You then have 30 days to pay the invoice.
The entire payment process is handled by RatePay; you do not need a PayPal account. The following criteria must be met in order to use the "purchase on account" payment method:

- Billing address must match your private address -
- Delivery to a parcel station is not possible -
- Order value must be below €1,000 -
