Shipping and payment
Extended right of return for risk-free gifting: All orders placed in December can be registered for return up to and including calendar week 1 (KW 1) of the following year.
All prices include the statutory VAT. We calculate the shipping costs as follows:
All wool products are delivered in Germany free of charge via DPD or for €1.50 via DHL. For wool care products, the following provisions apply: Shipping costs of 3,95 €, if only one wool care product is in the shopping cart. As soon as a second wool care product or any other product is added to the shopping cart, shipping is possible again free of charge.
The shipping costs for a delivery abroad are selectable as follows:

The taxes and customs fees will be charged to you separately by the shipping service provider and must be paid either online or directly at the delivery company!
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany will take place within 2 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined according to the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Prepayment
For payments by prepayment, the order will be sent as soon as the amount to be paid has been received. This will be communicated to you in good time with the bank details in the confirmation email after your order in the shop. Or here:

In the case of payment method prepayment, the order is reserved one week from the receipt of the order. If no receipt of payment is made during this period, the order will be cancelled and released for shipment to other customers.
Paypal
With PayPal, we offer to pay for secure, easy and fast online. The bank and credit card data are only stored with Paypal and are not sent again over the Internet every time you make a purchase.
Purchase on account (PayPal Plus)
Pay conveniently and securely with the purchase on account through our partner "RatePay" (no PayPal account is required for this)). The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail directly from our partner RatePay. You will then have 30 days to pay the bill.
All payment transactions are handled via RatePay, you do not need a PayPal account. The following criteria must be met in order to use the payment method "purchase on account" for your order:
- Over 18 years old -
- Billing address is identical to home address -
- It is not possible to send to a packing station -
- The order value in your shopping cart is less than 1000 € -
- Order as a private customer, the payment method is not available for corporate customers -
Once the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation, the information about the shipping and payment. The invoice with payment request sends RatePay by email.
